It is characterized by inflammation of the bronchial tubes with increased production of sticky secretions inside the tubes.
1. Honey- The ethereal oils in honey help reduce asthma symptoms. Before going to bed, swallow 1 tsp of honey with 1/2 tsp of cinnamon powder .This will help remove phlegm from your throat and allow you to sleep better. 
2. Mustard oil- When having an asthma attack, massaging with mustard oil will help clear the respiratory passages and restore normal breathing. 
Heat some mustard oil with a little camphor and gently massage it into the chest and upper back. Do this several times a day until the symptoms subside.
3. Garlic – Boil 10-15 of garlic in 1/2 cup of milk.Drink this once a day. 
4. Eucalyptus oil- Just put a few drops of eucalyptus oil on a paper towel and keep it by your head when sleeping so that you breathe in the aroma.
